Join Gay and Ada for a four-day IN-TOWN retreat at The Yoga Room! Enjoy an extended yoga practice experience, further your work on more challenging poses, and develop your relaxation skills. Gay and Ada will alternate teaching morning and afternoon sessions; active and more restorative respectively. Open to students with one of consistent practice.

 Ada Lusardi offers classes and workshops that marry the heart and science of yoga by offering nuanced and precise teaching with warmth and humor. Through the use of compassionate and clear direction, intelligent sequencing, and skillful hands-on adjustments, Ada’s teachings challenge and refine one’ yoga practice, regardless of age or ability. A self-professed “anatomy geek,” she is a faculty member for The Yoga Room’s Advanced Studies Program, and she leads classes and retreats throughout California;s Bay area. Gay White is Director faculty of The Yoga Room’s Advanced Studies Program. She has studied asana and pranayama from Donald Moyer since 1991 and at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India. Gay’s classes and workshops are dedicated to alignment and awareness in a safe and creative mixed-level learning community, and she leads yoga retreats and intensives locally and internationally.
